The Paragate* Project offers workshops exploring forgiveness inside correctional facilities and to the general public.  Led by trained facilitators who have personally walked the path of forgiveness, our workshops incorporate meditation, artistic expression, and somatic exercises in addition to conversation and writing.

Our mission is to encourage deep, non-judgmental, personal inquiry into the value of forgiveness of self and others.

*In Sanskrit, paragate (pə-rə-gah-tay) means “gone beyond.”
